Responsibilities:

  • Attend board meetings
  • Advertise and market the association.
  • Maintain and update website
  • Regularly check emails and respond. 
  • Collect and process mail from P.O. Box
  • Attend registrations
  • Help to create schedule for seasons
  • Coordinate and collect jersey order
  • Schedule, manage and distribute pictures
  • Help to locate and collect sponsors for teams
  • Plan and oversee the end of season awards
  • Order trophy’s for teams
  • Address and seek to resolve questions, concerns, and disciplinary actions
  • Collect all registration fees.
  •  Prepare the association’s budget, present it to the board for approval, and ensure that association’s activities adhere to the budget.
  •  Maintain accurate financial records throughout the year to be reviewed by other officers.
  • Transact business through a bank account.
  • Inform association of its financial strengths and weaknesses.
  •  File appropriate forms with the Internal Revenue Service (future)
  • Disburse funds and pay bills promptly as approved by the board of directors. • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Deposit association funds.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend board meetings
  • Advertise and market the association
  • Assist with registrations during fall and spring seasons
  • Assist in determining how many different age groups will play in current season
  • Help to locate and collect sponsor’s for teams
  • Address and see to resolve questions, concerns, and disciplinary actions
  • Main point of contact for Field & Equipment Manager & Field Maintenance


Vacant- Referee Coordinator


Responsibilities

  • Finds, hires, and manages referees as needed.
  • Manages referees, including listening to, investigating, and reports to the board about referee complaints and complaints referees.
